Inline follow isn’t very practical as Tweenky would need to know if you are already following or not a user, and that requires a lot of extra hits to the Twitter API which would decrease your updates / hour. But, I have added follow/unfollow in a user’s profile box when viewing a @{username} or from:{username} query. Update will be pushed out in next day or two.
